Register Synchronization: Request a Sales Download (ePB Lite, ePB Premium, ePB Books, and ePB Accounting)

Overview

The Request a Sales Download page allows you to immediately download sales for a particular store.

1. From the Main Toolbar, select Admin, then Register Synchronization, then click Request a Sales Download.  

• The Store Name, Most Recent Shift Date, Internet Connectivity and PC Connectivity status, if there is a Sales Request Pending, and the total Department Sales will be displayed.

2. To download sales for a particular store, just click that store.
